Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and keep warm.
1 pound dry rigatoni noodles

Heat the olive oil in a large sautéed pan set over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cook through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
