Chicken salad is always a classic go to for a sandwich filling. It’s rich, creamy, and just so simple!

This honey mustard chicken salad recipe is filled with all the best ingredients: grapes, celery, chicken, and walnuts. Then it’s all coated in a creamy honey mustard dressing!

I’ve given the classic version a healthy little makeover to make it just a bit lighter. I’ve swapped out the mayo for plain Greek yogurt, which makes all the difference. And the zing of the honey mustard is simply addicting!

Why You’ll Love this Creamy Chicken Salad:

  • CREAMY: This dish is coated in Greek yogurt, which makes it soooo creamy.
  • HEALTHY: That Greek yogurt also means this recipe is healthier than the classic chicken salad.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast: Fully cooked and cut into small cubes.
  • Greek Yogurt: Use plain yogurt, and I recommend full fat for the creamiest results.
  • Mustard: Use both yellow mustard and dijon mustard.
  • Honey: This adds that hint of sweetness to the honey mustard.
  • Celery
  • Grapes: Red grapes are best, cut in half so they’re bite-sized.
